Dear Sir
I agree with most of things you recommend to hopefully get the party out the mess. However, you yourself indicate that there is a great shortage in the medial and intellectual party’s staff. Hence, the question is; who is going to implement these nice theoretical recommendations if the party has no people to implement them, or it has the people but they are unwilling to realize them for whatever reason. A part of this shortage, I am sure you agree, is due to the fact that the party, or more precisely its leadership, considers all criticisms of its policies as destructive and ill-advised and hence consider those who voice this criticism (which we should call critique) as descendants and having malign intensions-I hope you give me only one example from the current reality to prove me wrong on this point. The party, sadly, makes a fatal mistake by confusing dissension with loyalty, since many of those who support a policy of defeat can go on doing this while appearing loyal in the eyes of the leadership. They do this either because they are tired, want to go the easiest path
