يحمل علم السكان او الديموغرافيا.. تنبؤات خطيرة بسبب الزيادة الغير مدروسة.. وتحديات نقص فرص العمل والغذاء والصراع الديموغرافي حول الموارد فيما يتزايد عدد السكان بمتوالية أسية.. تتتاقص الموارد.. ناهيك عن قدوم عامل مؤثر وهو الذكاء الصناعي..
**نظرية استثارة الشر :
لاتكن شريرا فتبذ من الآخرين..
لاتكن خيّرا فتكون ممرا يسيرا للاشرار..
اعمل على استفزاز الشر ان تستثمر الشر بإبادة الأشرار وإن كانت نتيجة ذلك ان يذهب ضحايا ابرياء...فالبقاء ليس للاذكى او الاقوى بل للاصلح.. **مليار انسان او نصف مليار.. يكفي... ديموغرافيا.. هناك اربع تصنيفات افتراضية..
التصنيف A... مليار انسان يمكن ان يتقبلوا تغييرا قيميا.. كالمثلية الجنسية
والموت الرحيم..
والعمر الافتراضي للسعادة الدائمة بمعدل عمري قصير.. وهذا التصنيف.. سيؤول سريعا نحو الهرم والشيخوخة..
**التصنيف B.. مليار ونصف الى مليارين... اقل تقبلا للتغيير القيمي.. لكن هذا التصنيف لايعمل بالسلب او الايجاب..
التصنيف C وهو المجتمعات الدينية والعقائدية والايديولوجيات المنغلقة.. وهم شعوب الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا وافريقيا والهند وبعض مناطق اسيا وامريكا الجنوبية..
وفي هذا التصنيف يمكن ان تجد البيئة لاستثارة الشر... بمعادلة بسيطة يمكن تلخيص تاثير نظرية الفوضى الخلاقة..
مائة الف ارهابي انتحاري.. يتسببون بمقتل مليوني انسان الى ثلاثة ملايين.. كنتيجة مباشرة.. مع عشرة حروب أهلية في اقل تقدير.. تتسبب في مقتل امثر من عشرة ملايين انسان في اقل تقدير.. مع امراض اجتماعية وإضرار جسيم في التنمية.. المستدامة..
ومنها التسبب في هجرة اكثر من خمسون مليونا باتجاه الصنف Aبدرجة اكبر وللصنف B بدرجة اقل.. وهذه النسبة هي التي تحرك وتطيل بقاء الصنف A..
حيث يمكن للصنف A اللستفادة من النسبة الاكبر من المهاحرين من الصنف C لأستدامة النسق السكاني وتقبل التغيير القيمي كقوة منجذبه لنسق الثقافة المنفتحة في الصنف A...
ونابذه للأنغلاق القيمي في بيئتها الطاردة بفعل استثارة الشر الكامن في منظومة القيم المنغلقة فبدلا من اداسلوب التقليدي في التوالد والهدر الزمني وصرف موارد لغرض تنمية الطفولة.. فإن من الافضل هو ترطيب المهاجرين وتكيفهم للانصهار في بوتقة القيم للصنف A.. وباقل زمن ممكن وكلفة اقل..
هنا حتما سنجد استجابة سريعة وانصهار اعلى بفعل المؤثرات الطاردة والاحداث التي تترك اثرا زمنيا في ذاكرة المهاجرين..
هنا ستتم تغذية الصنف Aبديموغرافية صافية وفعالة وذات تأثير عميق.. بينما يتناقص الصنف Cبفعل غياب الرؤى والخطط وانهيار في التنمية على كافة الصعد..
وسنوضح ذلك في مقالات لاحقة **الصنف نوع Dوهو يمثل مابين خمسمائة مليون الى سبعمائة مليون.. وهم السكان الاقل تاثرا بالحضارة.. ويطلق عليهم سكان الغابات.. حيث الانغلاق التام ورفضهم لكل القيم الحضارية والمعرفية.. انهم سكان الخرافة.. ولولا المعضلات الاخلاقية.. والتي تمنع ابادتهم بشكل مباشر.. الا ان الامراض والحوع وعوامل اخرى كفيلة بانقراضهم.. إلم ينقرض هذا الصنف بالفعل.. حيث ان ايمانهم بقيم غاية في الانغلاق تمنع انصهارهم وبالتالي فهم الاكثر عرضة للزوال..
هذه هي اهم الخطوط العريضة لعرّاب نظرية الفوضى الخلاقة او استثارة الشر.. ربما يعترض البعض على غاياتها.. وربما يستثمرها البعض للدعاية ولكن عالم بلا حروب او كوارث وحتى الفايروسات.. هي مقدمة للفصل الجديد.. فصل ان يكون الذكأء الصناعي شريكا وربما رائدا.. في المستقبل.. ان الامثلة والاحداث المتنبأ بها.. وصناعة واستثمار التطرف وشيخوخة المجتمعات في الصنف A... تعطينا حدسا لتلمس بوادر العنف الناعم وحروب الجيل الخامس.. لخلق معادلة ديموغرافية جديدة.. ستظهر نتائجها في ارض الواقع.. ولا مناص من معايشتها..
