From personal experience,the higher you go in the ranks the more modest ,humble easy people youll find , the lower you go the more arrogant,empty,dumb and so on. As an example it is more pleasant and efficient to talk to the president of a company while its extremly annoying and frustrating to deal with a secretary or accountant ,the smaller they are the more important they try to act and look, while true important people dont have this complex.
