These are reflections of Mohamad sexual behaviour during his life. He sexually abused so many women and even a child. This is a global issue and not Sadam problem. On the contrary Sadam had done enormous work to overcome the irresponsable dams constructions in Turkey, Syria and Iran. Sadam has done historical irrgation systems for Iraqis. During Sadam regime so many great dams and water reservoirs were build. It is unfair to blame that deceased man and not mentioning the real prvocatives of this serious issue; Turkey. Syria and Iran. These neighbour states refused to negotiate with Iraqis about fair water sharing and they will never agree to sign a fair treaty about waters crossing their borders. In deed this is a political issue rather than technical one. Best regards
