طوال التسعة أشهر الماضية ، كانت الضفّة الغربيّة مسرحا لتطهير عرقيّ زادت حدّته من طرف إسرائيل ضد الشعب الفلسطيني . و قد إتّخذ هذا قفزة هذا الأسبوع ـ و الجيش و الحكومة يقدّمان للمدنيّين الرجعيّين المسلّحين دعما رسميّا لإنجاز هذا التطهير الإثنيّ إلى درجة أكبر حتّى .
الضفّة الغربيّة (1) ليست جزءا من دولة إسرائيل . إنّها جزء من فلسطين التاريخيّة وقع الإستيلاء عليه سنة 1967( إلى جانب قطاع غزّة و القدس الشرقيّة ) و إحتلّتها إسرائيل بصفة غير قانونيّة مذّاك . وهي موطن أكثر من ثلاثة ملايين فلسطيني و فلسطينيّة . و القوّة الساسيّة المحتلّة لكامل هذه المنطقة تعدّ أكثر من 500 ألف مستوطن مسلّح . و معظم هؤلاء الأخيرين رجعيّين فاشيّين يسرقون تماما و يدمّرون منازل الفلسطينيّين و يبثّون الرعب في صفوفهمـ مانعينهم من الزراعة و مختطفين غنمهم و غير ذلك كثير .
في 20 جوان ، جاء في تقرير لجريدة " الغوارديان " أنّ " الجيش الإسرائيلي قد منح ببساطة المزيد من السلطات القانونيّة الهامة في الضفّة الغربيّة المحتلّة لمدنيّين موالين للمستوطنين العاملين لصالح الوزير اليميني المتطرّف بزلال سموتريتش." و بعد ضعة أيّام أفصح سموتريتش لأعضاء من حزبه السياسي بأنّه " يركّز وقائعا على الأرض لأجل جعل ياهودا و السامرة [ الضفّة الغربيّة المحتلّة ] جزءا لا يتجزّأ من دولة إسرائيل ".
و سموتريتش يهودي تفوّقي فاشيّ يعلن صراحة أنّه " لا وجود لشيء إسمه الشعب الفلسطيني " وهو يتّخذ خطوات كبرى للقضاء على هؤلاء " اللاشعب " من الضفّة الغربيّة .
و يُعتر سموتريتش " يمينا متطرّفا " ضمن ما هو بعدُ حكومة فاشيّة للوزير الأوّل نتن ـ النازي ( المدعوّ بنيامين نتنياهو ). لكن جنونه العنصريّ يتناسب تماما مع حاجيات دولة إسرائيل ( اليهوديّة التفوّقيّة ) الآن بالذات .
وكما كتبنا في موقع أنترنت revcom.us ما يجرى بشأن الهجومالإسرائيلي على الفلسطينيّين هو إستغلال نتنـ النازي لهجوم 7 أكتوبر الذى نفّذته حماس ليحاول تطبيق " الحلّ النهائي " على " المشكل الفلسطيني " . إسرائيل تهدف ، على الأقلّ ، إلى تقليص الفلسطينيّين إلى حال لا يعودون معها يمثّلأون أيّ مشكل بالنسبة إلى إسرائيل ، إن لم يكن القتل التام لجميع الفلسطينيّين . "
و ماذا يعنى هذا على أرض الواقع ؟
هذا يعنى وجود هجمات إسرائيليّة على القرى الفلسطينيّة عبر كامل الضفّة الغربيّة و تدمير المنازل و الإيقافات الجماهيريّة نتيجة إعتقالات طالت تقريبا عشرة آلاف إنسان فلسطيني . و يشمل هذا أطفالا . و العنف ضد و حتّى التعذيب للموقوفين الفلسطينيّين بمن فيهم أطفال ، موثّق توثيقا جيّدا .
و يعنى هذا مداهمات المستوطنين اليهود للقرى الفلسطينيّة . و الكاتب في وسيلة من وسائل الإعلام السائدة " النيويورك تايمز " ، نكولاس كريستوف وصف زيارته لفلسطيني له معه صلة طويلة يقطن الضفّة الغربيّة وهو فلاّح قديم عمره 70 سنة يدعى عبد المجيد حسّان، في قرية كسرى " التي تعرّضت للحرق " . " كانت سحب الدخان السوداء تنبعث من حقل حيث المستوطنين الإسرائيليّين المهاجمين أضرموا النار بينما كانوا أيضا يضرمون النار في المنازل و عربات الفلسطينيّن " . يقدّم حسّان لكريستوف " الأرض التي صارت سوداء " أين أضرم المستوطنون النار في سيّارته . و قد حدثت عدّة هجمات مشابهة ؛ و قُتل ستّة قرويّين . وقال حسّأن " في كلّ لحظة نتوقّع هجوما للمستوطنين ". و قد قال لأحفاده ألاّ يزورونه . و تقول زودته إنّ الأسرة يجب أن تغادر الأرض قبل أن تتعرّض للقتل ."
و هذا النوع من الإرهاب بات اليوم أمرا روتينيّا . ف 536 فلسطيني و فلسطينيّة قتلهم " المستوطنون " الإسرائيليّون و الجيش الإسرائيلي و الشرطة الإسرائيليّة منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023 ـ 130 منهم أطفال .
و هذا الإرهاب فعّال في تكريس التطهير الإثنيّ. و منظّمة حقوق الإنسان الإسرائيليّة بتسلام قد وثّقت 18 مجموعة سكّانيّة مختلفة إضطرّ فيها القرويّون إلى مغادرة أراضيهم . (2)
و مثل على ذلك . في 9 نوفمبر 2023 ، 15 حمولة سيّارت من المستوطنين مدعومين من جنود إسرائيليّين و جرّافة ظهروا بعد منتصف الليل في خربت تانا بمحافظة نابلس . " هاجم المستوطنون السكّان و ربطوا أياديهم و ضربوهم و أهانوهم و جرحوا أحدهم في رأسه و كسروا ضلوع واحد آخر . و أعلموا السكّان أنّه عليهم أن يغادروا المكان و أوقفوهم لما يناهز الساعة و نصف الساعة قبل أن يتركوهم يمضون إلى حال سبيلهم " . و معظم السكّان غادروا مع قطعان أغنامهم.
إنّ عنف المستوطنين ضد الفلسطينيّين في الضفّة الغربيّة المحتلّة لم يتوقّف منذ عقود و عرف إرتفاعا في نسقه . و قد تمّ تجاهل ذلك بسلبيّة أو حتّى لقي دعما نشيطا من قبل الشرطة و الجيش الإسرائيليّين . لكن إعتبارا للقانون العالمي و الضغوطات العالميّة و بعض الإنقسامات صلب حكّام إسرائيل ، قوى الأمن هذه عملت أحيانا لتقييد طفيف أو مراقبة ما يقوم به المستوطنون .
و الحركة التي قام بها سموتريتش و الحكومة الإسرائيليّة في الأسبوع الفارط تمزّق بشكل كبير هذه العوائق . منح المزيد من السلطات مباشرة إلى المستوطنين يشبه جعل الشرطة في الولايات المتّحدة من الكلوكلوكس كلان جزءا لا يتجزّأ من جهاز الدولة . و عنفهم و إرهابهم السافرين يتلّقيان المزيد من دعمالدولة . و تبعث إسرائيل برسالة إلى الفلسطينيّين مفادها: " أخرجوا الآن ، طالما بوسعكم ذلك " .
وهذه جرائم تتكدّس فوق عضها البعض . و تحتاج المقاومة الجماهيريّة لهذا أن تنمو رافعة مطلب : " أوقفوا الإبادة الجماعيّة التي تقترفها الولايات المتّحدة / إسرائيل في حقّ الشعب الفلسطيني الآن ! "

1ـ الضفّة الغربيّة منطقة من فلسطين التاريخيّة تقع على الضفّة الغربيّة لنهر الأردن الذى يشكّل حدودا بين إسرائيل الصهيونيّة ( اليهوديّة التفوّقيّة ) و البلد العربيّ فى الأساس ، الأردن . وهي موطن حوالي ثلاثة ملايين فلسطيني و فلسطينيّة ليسوا مواطنين في إسرائيل و هم محرومون من جميع الحقوق الأساسيّة ، بما فيها حقّ الإنتخاب . و معظم الأرض يشتغل بها فلاّحون فلسطينيّون تعود جذورهم إلى عقود أو حتّى قرون . و هناك أيضا عدد المدن الكبرى للضفّة الغربيّة مثل الخليل و نابلس و جنين تواجه هجمات عسكريّة متكرّرة من طرف الجيش الإسرائيليّ .
