human rights or human fights

Undoubtly,everyone fully knows what the term « Human Rights »means.However,most people tend not to care about it,and do not respect or take it for granted.It basically means that certain rights are given to human beings to protect their freedoms and to have the authority to perform,publish,film,express and so on.
When it comes to civil rights,i had a bad experience in which i realized that my own personal civil rights are not surely secured.The case is that i joined an organisation and was given a chance to go abroad for Cultural Exchange Program,but i did not have the passport.Honestly speaking,it is known in my country that the whole process of making a passport takes practically ten or twelve days.Yet,when i applied for one it twas going to take me a month unless i bribed some administration agents to have it done quickly.So such deeds make me feel that iam humanly abused and my freedoms somehow restricted.In fact,this is a catastrophic phenomenon that exposes us to danger politically,economically and socially.For this,the government must punish whoever tries to take bribes from people and therefore sack them from the positions.
If this is not banned,things will grow badly than ever and result a political,economical and social corruption.Also,this wil be heredatery that our children will be impacted by it and their personal civil rights and freedoms will be restricted when they are our age.
