This initiative seeks to explore and activate Article 107 as a mechanism to hold accountable those who have violated international law and to ensure justice for Palestine.
Objective:
The primary objective of this initiative is to activate Article 107 of the United Nations Charter to address the historical and ongoing injustices faced by the Palestinian people. By invoking this provision, the initiative aims to:
1. Hold accountable states´-or-entities that have violated the rights of the Palestinian people.
2. -restore- the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including self-determination, statehood, and the right to return.
3. Strengthen the role of the United Nations in resolving the Palestinian issue in accordance with international law.
