After the death of "Jina Amini," a 22-year- Kurdish young woman from the Eastern Kurdistan city of Saqqaz, who had traveled with her brother Ashkani to Tehran on November 12 to visit her aunt s home, one day after they arrived in Tehran, she was heading to the city center, and at the Haqqani metro station, she was stopped by the so-called "etiquette police," an organization that oversees Iranian women s attire in public settings, for having a few tufts of hair showing through the scarf. She was detained. She was accused of wearing "indecent attire," tortured, and violently assaulted on the head while being arrested. This resulted in significant brain hemorrhaging, which caused her death three days after being admitted to the hospital.
Angry masses from the city of Saqqaz raced to the cemetery to bury the dead as soon as the body of the young woman "Jina" arrived in her hometown. The protests that started during the funeral rites quickly spread to other Kurdish cities after fights with “Basij and Sepai Pasdaran _Military forces linked to the regime" members who had been sent there particularly to put an end to the protest. For example, in (Sine, Diwandaran, Bokan, Mariwan, Baneh, Kameran, Mahabad, Shenoy, Nagda, Piranshahr, Sardasht, Ilam, Kermanchan, and Uremia.....), shouting "Woman...Life...Freedom" and burning scarves.
Then, protests intensified across Eastern Kurdistan, the entire country of Iran, as well as 15 Kurdistan cities, 56 Iranian cities, and towns.
However, the Oslo-based non-governmental group "Iran Human Rights" said that 31 people have died as of this point, along with thousands of prisoners and hundreds of deaths, during the demonstrations Until writing this article.
We might consider the recent protests in Iran, especially after employing real ammunition rather than rubber, and We can look at the current public protests in Iran as follows:
_From the spark, the flame of suppressed wrath burst in Iranian hearts and caused the first uprising that broke out for non-political and economic reasons against the tyranny of the rulers in Tehran.
_Despite the underestimation of the brave Iranian women who are currently toppling the conservative ruling class in Tehran and their poor view of women, the rebellion could have sparked a massive revolution that, had it been carefully prepared, would have overthrown the government.
With all this, it can be said:
_Despite the tyranny and brutality of the ruling authorities in Tehran on the Kurdish people in Iran, whenever the people are affected´-or-subjected to national humiliation, they unite their ranks and revolt against them at all costs.
_All parts of Kurdistan are still in the four countries that occupy Kurdistan, the heart of the revolutionary region. The fires of the revolution always start in Kurdistan instead of starting in the "capital", considering it the focus of change.
Regardless of how severe the uprising s outrage and the present conflict with the government are, the procedure has apparent weaknesses.
It is a peaceful, spontaneous, and random mass uprising.
However, the entry of some armed Kurdish parties ultimately harms the uprising, as others prioritize their party ideology over the fate of an entire people.
Last but not least, shame on a regime that fears women s hair and claims that it threatens national security and safety while holding women to inferior standards. It now regards itself as the Middle East s Emir.
