The use of religion to achieve political positions and financial profit isn’t something new, it was found since the beginning of the religion itself, and that phenomenon exacerbated more and more, especially with the evolving of the political system, to reach in the end the stage of the religious political parties that aspires to establish a theocracy state. That goal became later just a slogan, and those religious parties turned into a way of making money through using the religious sentiments of the individuals to reach power and control the state, using the religion as a way to achieve this.
Most of those manipulators are people who aren’t qualified to rule, and they were not to reach those political positions and vast fortunes without the cheap exploitation for religious ideas, standing on the principle of ” we are the exclusive agent of the religion” and the rest are just against the religion because they are individuals with competence and balanced political programs, and thus they don’t deserve a chance.
Most of the religious parties today have no actual weight on the political scene, and its greatest achievements is the tremendous wealth and influence achieved to their members only, which was their actual goal since day one, and acting like an opposition was just a play to get their share of the cake, and all those lofty rhetoric and the hysterical-Hitler style- speeches were only “a role well done” to access to the luxury chalets in the affluent suburbs.
Their Hypocrisy always makes me feel sick, especially it’s on the expense of the emotions of the public, whom emotions are easily manipulated with, and they don’t even feel ashamed even when people discover their truth and continue to ride people to fortune, and continue to brazenly pretend they are the asceticism and piety, and attacking anyone who tries to expose them to the public, by calling everyone who tried that ” The enemy of Islam and Muslims” as If Islam is the property of their family!.
Few year ago, I wasn’t totally against the idea of religious parties as a way to maintain diversification in the political arena and keep doors open everyone, although the idea of a party based on a religious grounds in completely wrong, same for a party based on ethnic or sectarian grounds. As I said, I wasn’t totally against them until they began to show their true colors, and those slogans vanished and instead they showed sick lust for authority and bullying, and profiteering by using people in the worst way possible, and especially that they know that they didn’t come up to the top because of their skills, but because the ignorance of people, and they went blowing away all the slogans they carried one day, and became fraud professionals, and addicted to power and influence, and traffickers of people tragedies.
It’s important to mention that such parties are extremely scared of any thought or idea that can limit their authority and deprive them of their power, and because of that you find them always brutally attacking anyone who has an ideology that doesn’t go with their plans, and mostly attacking Freethinkers who try to expose them, and who tried to explain to people that boycotting these kind of parties is actually a service to the religion and to humanity as well. They turned religion into their own property, and they harm humanity by using its people to climb up.
I strongly suggest that Arab and Muslims boycott every party that is based on a religious bases, or even racial bases, and pay attention that the policy of such parties is similar to the Mafia who buy consciences of people and intimidate and threat them to achieve their interests, and remember always that Islam was not and will not be the property of anyone, especially these kind of political parties.
