هذا الأسبوع في غزّة : تصاعد اليأس و التدمير و إنتشار الأمراض

في 2 جويلية ، جريدة " تايمز إسرائيل " أعلمت قرّاءها أنّ " حوالي 1.9 مليون فلسطيني من أصل 2.3 مليون من سكّان غزّة يوجدون حاليّا في ما تعتبره إسرائيل منطقة إنسانيّة – واقعة على شاطئ المواسى على شاطئ القطاع ، بالأحياء الغربيّة لخان يونس ، و في وسط غزّة بدير البلح ".
و " ما تعتبره إسرائيل منطقة إنسانيّة " صيغة ملطّفة لدفع الناس للمغادرة إلى مخيّمات مكتظّة للغاية حيث لن يجدوا غير الأمراض و الجوع و اليأس و الموت . تسعة من عشرة أشخاص في غزّة هجّروا من ديارهم بفعل القنابل و الصواريخ و القذائف المدفعيّة الإسرائيليّة . أوّلا ، أكثر من مليون هُجّروا إلى خارج مدينة غزّة ، و أُجبروا على الفرار إلى جنوب غزّة . ثمّ ، إضطرّ الناس إلى الفرار إلى رفح في أقصى جنوب القطاع على الحدود مع مصر . و تاليا ، هُجّر مليون لاجئ إلى خارج رفح – و قصد العديد منهم خان يونس . و الآن توجّه إسرائيل ضربات إلى خان يونس و الناس مجبرون على مغادرة المكان .
في اليوم ذاته من الإدّعاء الزائف لإسرائيل بأنّ هناك " ما تعتبره إسرائيل منطقة إنسانيّة " ، في 2 جويلية ، سام روز ، المدير المخطّط لوكالة الأمم المتحّدة لغوث و تشغيل اللاجئين ( الأونروا ) ، قال إلى الذين تلقّوا حديثا أوامر من جديد بمغادرة المكان الذى يوجدون به ، كان ذلك " يوما ، أسبوعا ، فصلا آخر من البؤس " .
و قال روز إنّه بالنسبة إلى 250 ألف إنسان الآن وقع ترحيلهم ليلتحقوا بأكثر من مليون إنسان مكدّسين في المواسى ، لا مكان لوضع خيمة ، لا ماء ، لا بنية تحتيّة ، لا خدمات صرف صحّي . لا يستطيع الناس البقاء على قيد الحياة دون ملجأ أو ماء ، و الوضع مزرى للغاية في حرارة صيفيّة حارقة في الشرق الأوسط . و دون خدمات صرف صحّي ، و دون أيّ شيء يقترب من المراحيض ، الأمراض تنتشر كالنار في الهشيم في صفوف المتعبين و الجائعين من الناس المكدّسين معا.
و الخسائر النفسيّة مدمّرة . سغريد كآغ ، المنسّق الإنساني لغزّة صرّح بأنّ " المدنيّين الفلسطينيّين في غزّة أُغرقوا في هاوية من العذاب . ديارهم دُمّرت و حياتهم منقلبة . و الحرب لم تخلق فقط أعمق الأزمات الإنسانيّة . لقد أطلقت العنان ( إعصار رهيب و عنيف تماما ) من البؤس الإنسانيّ ."
و كتب أحد مراسلى قناة الجزيرة في غزّة أنّ " الناس فقدوا الأمل و معنى الإستجابة إلى أوامر الإخلاء هذه " . و أنّ تلك الأوامر تبدو مثل " حكم بالإعدام بالنسبة إلى الناس " بما أنّه يتمّ إخراجهم كالقطعان من مكان إلى آخر و لا ينتهون إلاّ إلى التعرّض للقتل " .
إسرائيل تُجبر المستشفى الأوروبي بغزّة على إغلاق أبوابه :
في غرّة جويلية ، و إسرائيل قد أمرت بإخلاء مناطق من خان يونس قرب المستشفى الأوروبي بغزّة ، أجبرت فريق العمل و المرضى على مغادرة المكان . و كان بعض المرضى قادرين على التنقّل بسيّارات الإسعاف من المستشفى الأوروبي بغزّة إلى مستشفى الناصر ، لكن العديدين منهم بمن فيهم الناس اللاجئين في المستشفى ، و كذلك الجرحى ذوى الجروح الخطيرة و المرضى شديد المرض إضطرّوا إلى السير لأكثر من ستّة أميال .
و الوضع في المستشفى الأوروبي بغزّة قبل الإخلاء كان وضعا يائسا ، مثلما وصفه الدكتور ماجد جابر لموقع أنترنت revcom.us . و مستشفى الناصر كان على حافة الإنهيار بما أنّ إسرائيل قد قلّصت الوقود الذى يحتاج إليه لتسيير مولّدات الكهرباء ( لقد دمّرت إسرائيل المولّدات الكهربائيّة العاديّة ) . و المرضى في المستشفى و الذين يتواجدون حول المستشفى و يساعدون الوكالات أقاموا مخيّمات قريبة لللاجئين و هم يخاطرون بخسارة الرعاية المنقذة للحياة ، بما أنّ مستشفى الناصر كان بمثابة محور هذه المخيّمات .
و في 3 جويلية ، منظّمة أطبّاء بلا حدود أصدرت تقريرا بأنّ إسرائيل حالت دون تمكين شاحناتها من دخول غزّة محمّلة بمواد طبّية الحاجة إليها ماسة للغاية .
إنتشار الأمراض الجلديّة في صفوف الأطفال :
أكثر من 150 ألف إنسان أصابتهم العدوى بأمراض جلديّة في الأماكن المكتظّة السكّان بشدّة و في ظروف غير صحّية حيث أُجبر الناس إلى اللجوء بسبب القصف الإسرائيلي . و الأطفال في خيم مكتظّة و مرتفعة الحرارة يتعذّبون جرّاء الأمراض الجلديّة ، من الجرب إلى جدري الماء و القمل و الحصف ( قُرح جلديّة حمراء مؤلمة ) و أنواع أخرى من الطفح الجلدي المضعفة للأجساد .
و صرّحت أمّ طفل عمره خمس سنوات إلى قناة الجزيرة ، " نحن ننتم على الأرض ، على الرمل حيث تخرج الديدان من تحتنا " . و لا وجود لموارد للماء النظيف للإغتسال ، أو أدوية لمعالجة الأمراض الجلديّة . و منطقة المواسى إلى أين أجبرت إسرائيل معظم سكّان غزّة على الفرار تقع على ساحل البحر الأبيض المتوسّط ، إلى حيث كان الأولياء يرسلون أبناءهم ليستحمّوا في الماء المالح هناك . لكن الآن ، مع العدد الكبير من الناس في منطقة دون هيكلة مجال فارغ ، البحر مزدحم بمواد الصرف الصحّي إلى درجة أنّ السباحة هناك تنشر الأمراض .
في 21 جوان 2024 ، جاء في تقرير لمنظّمة أطبّاء بلا حدود مشاهدة " ارتفاع في عدد المصابين بأمراض جلديّة ، مثل الأطفال الصغار ، طوال الشهر الفارط ، في حين أنّ مخزوننا من الأدوية لمعالجتها يتراجع بصفة خطيرة ".
و لا يُعزى هذا إلى كون هذه الأدوية غير متوفّرة . حتّى مع كافة الظروف الفظيعة التي فرضتها إسرائيل ، معالجة الأمراض الجلديّة يمكن أن يبلغ المواسى و مناطق أخرى في غزّة لكن إسرائيل تمنع ذلك ! و ورد في تقرير منظّمة أطبّاء بلا حدود في أواخر جوان أنّ لديهم 37 طنّا من المواد الطبّية موجودة على حدود غزّة أين أغلقت إسرائيل الباب أمام دخول المواد من مصر ، و 1200 شاحنة أخرى تنتظر الدخول إلى غزّة . إلاّ أنّ أطبّاء بلا حدود صرّحت " موادنا الطبّية ضئيلة للغاية نظرا للتزويد المحدود للمساعدات الذى تسمحالسلطات الإسرائيليّة بولوجه إلى غزّة . إذا لم نتصرّف للحصول على دخول المواد الطبّية إلى غزّة في أقرب وقت ممكن ، قد نضطرّ إلى إيقاف نشاطاتنا الطبّية . هذا واقع لا يمكن تصوّره إعتبارا للحاجيات الطبّية اليائسة للآلاف في غزّة ".
